The Area...

Situated within a 2 minute walk of the centre of Rhayader, a busy market town with all of the facilities it offers including a selection of restaurants, pubs, takeaways, shops, park and swimming pool. Combine this with its close proximity to many stunning locations such as the Elan Valley Dams (3 miles), Red Kite Feeding Centre (1/2 mile), River Wye (1/2 mile) and you have an ideal location for a peaceful, but active holiday.

The Cottage...

The cottage is a cosy two bedroomed house comprising living room with double sofabed, kitchen, bathroom downstairs with large shower cubicle (no bath), and upstairs one large bedroom sleeping two, and smaller bedroom sleeping one to two, (campbed under single bed).

The kitchen has an integrated oven, hob, fridge and microwave. The living room has a television and video.

Outside there is a small courtyard garden to back. Parking is on the lane to the front of cottage.

All services such as electric and water are provided.

When staying at the cottage you will need to take sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. Blankets, duvets and pillows are provided.
