Items can be custom made for any customer requiring that very special gift, and delivered to your door.

Tours of the factory are available between 09.30 and 16.30 daily for any visitor wishing to see how the products are made.

Glass blowing demonstrations are only available on certain days - check availability.

The factory houses a well stocked shop of Welsh Royal Crystal at bargain prices as well as a cafe.
